Processing Time = The estimated time it takes to process your order.
Our handling time usually takes about 3-9 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world.
Please also note that if your purchased item is on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive at your doorsteps due to manufacturing delays. Most pre-ordered products will take about 45 business days to ship.
If you place your order after 11:45 am on Friday or on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.
Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, delivery to some countries is currently unavailable.
• Delivery dates provided are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch of an order for shipping, taking transit time into account.
• Deliveries may take longer than expected due to an incorrect delivery address, bad weather, strict customs clearance procedures or any other unavoidable circumstances.
• Please note that import duties and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
After payment is processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at checkout. After email confirmation is sent, your order will begin to be processed.
All customers are charged at the time of purchase.
Separate shipments When you order multiple items at a time, they can be shipped separately, so you can get there faster. Due to the warehouse location and product availability, items can be shipped in separate shipments. You can receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as soon as possible. In that case, you will receive two or more tracking numbers.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND CHANGE REQUEST
We accept a 12-hour notice to cancel an order or update any changes, such as quantity, color, size or shipping address information. Just feel free to contact us. We are available 24/7 at email@example.com
Please note that any requests received after the 12 hour period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Order changes cannot be made after they have been processed.
We will still do our best to suspend or cancel your order after a period of 12 hours, but without warranty.
RIGHTS OR PERSONALIZED FEES
If your country charges taxes or customs fees for packages received, you must pay for all import, customer and additional taxes. We are not responsible for charging or paying any fees charged by your country's government.
