Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days.

Mellito will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 14 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy). If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Before you make your purchase, make sure to check out this list of non-refundable items:

  • Returns postmarked after 14 days of the date of receiving
  • Any items marked “Final Sale”
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
  • Shoes without their original box. Box must be free of damage without stickers or postage stamps. Shoes must be tried on indoors
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, bodysuits, beauty products and accessories
  • Non-designer jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, etc.)

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund and/or send your items back if any items listed above are returned to us.

You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

Missed or Returned Deliveries

While we strive to provide the highest level of service, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address details are provided for your order. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.

Shipping

Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address.

Mellito operates in many countries around the world! We have multiple warehouses based out of USA, Germany, and Asia.

Please contact us directly to know which address you should ship any returns to, as each customer is associated with the closest fulfillment center to their geographic location.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Mellito is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, within 24 hours, we can cancel the order. Post 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. There will be no cancellation fee prior to the 24 hours!

 We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it.

If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product!
